Rehearsals start for the new term on Monday, 5th January 2026 at 7pm for the next concert. The first two rehearsals on the 5th and 12th January will, as usual, be taster sessions for those thinking about joining us.

We will be singing Vivaldi’s Gloria in the Ricordi edition, edited by Malipiero. Please note that there are 2 Ricordi editions of the Gloria – the one we are using is ISMN 9790041314150. The price is around £13 and is available from Amazon, Presto, and a number of other sources, and is widely available second-hand.
The Vivaldi Magnificat is also a Ricordi edition, edited by Malipiero (ISMN 9790041315133), with a price around £11-13, available from Forwoods, Presto, and again widely available second-hand.

If you have other editions, and wish to use them, please ensure that you make any corrections where the editions differ. The music will be available to hire, at £2 per copy.

We will also be singing the Magnificat by Isabella Leonarda, which will be provided by the choir – the hire price has yet to be confirmed, but probably around £2.50.
